He was still very much alive but he was dying when I saw him at the hospital. His vitals were good, he still had his gag reflex, & his pupils were normal. So I took that as a sign that he was fighting extra hard to stay alive & to let us know he could hear us. Even though he passed away a little over 24 hours later I know that the angels & God were comforting him the whole time. He's at peace now and he's happy in heaven..but I sure do miss him. It will be one month on the 19th. He was only 25 and it was such a senseless death.
