Shipping

Orders from BetterHealth4Living.com will usually arrive at your door within five to ten business days by UPS although small orders may arrive through the US postal service in some areas.

PO Box orders will be routed through the US postal service via Parcel Post. All shipping fees are based on the weight of the order.

Money Saving Ideas for Shipping

1. Buy in Bulk: Stock up by purchasing more than one item, especially if the product is frequently used.
2. Buy Big: Get savings per serving on larger sizes of nutritional products. Typically, the larger sizes of cleaning products cost more to ship, but their cost per use is less than quart sizes. Consider ordering gallon sizes to save overall.
3. Membership: Become a member and save 15% off the retail prices, plus enjoy additional specials or further discounts on selected products throughout the year. The cost for a membership is only $19.95 or free when your first order is over 50 points.

Return Instructions

All orders are shipped directly from regional Shaklee Distribution centers. Shaklee will promptly assist you with any returns, credits or product replacements. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason and want to return product, please follow these simple steps:

1. Call 1-800-742-5533 (1-800-SHAKLEE) and report your issue.
2. You will be given an authorization number by a Customer Satisfaction Representative.
3. Once you have received your authorization number, include it in the space provided on the return shipping label on your packing slip and use the return label when mailing your authorized return.

Note: Shaklee will not accept product returns without an authorization number.
